    K-INTDF 是总膳食纤维测定(包括抗性淀粉和非消化寡糖)的一个完整过程(AOAC方法2009.01和2011.25)。该方法结合了AOAC官方分析方法2002.02、985.29、991.43,2001.03的关键指标。
    特定膳食纤维组分测定如下:
    1、不溶性膳食纤维(IDF),高分子量的水溶性膳食纤维(SJZFP)和低分子量可溶性膳食纤维(SDFS)测定(AOAC方法2011.25)
    2、总膳食纤维:高分子量膳食纤维(hmwdf)和低分子量可溶性膳食纤维(SDFS)的测定(AOAC方法2009.01)
    这些方法中所使用的酶纯度很高;不含对β-葡聚糖、果胶和木聚糖具有活性的酶。
