(2) BSA Standard Solution (2 mg/mL)
[One Step Operation]
Add 50 uL of sample and 3.0 mL of Color-producing Solution into a cuvette.
Mix well and leave for 20 minutes at RT.
Measure with absorbance of A600 nm.
