This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.This product is formulated to an osmotic pressure lower than ordinary D-MEM to make it suitable for embryonic stem cell culture. The quality of this product is tested with colony formation test and alkaline phosphatase staining using murine ES cell line D3. It contains phenol red and sodium pyruvate but not L-glutamine.
