This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.It has the fluorescein as a basic skeleton and allows increased transfection efficiency into cells by being introduced a lipophilic substituent to the FDG. It is a reagent that exhibits green fluorescence (480-520 nm). It reacts with β-galactosidase, generating fluorescence. In addition, it is non-fluorescent before reacting with β-galactosidase, β-galactosidase activity can be detected with high sensitivity. Measurement wavelength are λex = 490 nm and λem = 514 nm.
