This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.
This product is a green fluorescent compound (480-520 nm) with a fluorescein as a basic skeleton. It fluoresces upon reaction with β-galactosidase. In addition, since it stays non-fluorescent before the reaction, it can serve for high-sensitive detection of β-galactosidase.
The measured wavelengths are: λex = 490 nm, λem = 574 nm.
