Monoclonal anti human CETP antibody is produced by hybridoma clone CM5, a-27, established by fusing mouse myeloma cell NS1 and spleen cells of BALB/c mice, immunized with CETP derived from human serum.
Preparation: purified by Protein A affinity chromatography from ascites and prepared in PBS containing 0.05% sodium azide.
